How He Loves
It has been a while since I have blogged and I know no one reads it but I want to blog today about lastnight. WOW! It was simply amazing! Gods presenses filled the room! Standing on stage watching everyone worship, hands lifted all around the room, from people I have never seen raise their hands, people smiling, crying, just worshiping a risen Savior. Everyone worships differently and thats what I loved seeing. All the different types of worship... We sang some awesome songs lastnight but the one I just love and can never get enough of is How He Loves. Singing that lastnight I felt real convicted that we do not love God the way we should (including me). He loves us thru everything-good,bad, ugly, beautiful... but I feel like alot of the time we love him when we want to... not with everything. Maybe we love him all the time but do we trust him all the time, with every situation?, do we talk to him everyday?, do we think of him all the time?, do we lead others to him? I can answer those questions for me.. and most of them are no. Everyday is different.. I have good days and bad days. I cant talk for anyone but myself but I feel like we need to start loving others the way God loves us. Lastnight it brought me to tears singing the chorus.. How He Loves. Just thinking of HOW much He loves me made me cry. He gave his life for you and me, got beaten to the bone, carried the cross for us, got laughed at, humilated, ect...and he did ALL that for us. He loves us no matter what. No matter what sins we have done, many times we fail Him, He loves us. It is just amazing to me. So that is what was on my heart and I just wanted to share it!! :) Tell someone this week how much you are thankful and love them. I just got a text from a friend say how much she was thankful God placed me in her life and how much she loved me.. it made my day! So try to make someone day today by telling them that!

Gods Heart for Relationship
Ok so i haven't written a blog in a LONG time!! but i think this one is gonna be good.. or it was good to me!
I am reading a book called Captivating and it is wonderful!i am not far into it and it already has woken me up! i am so excited! but it talks about how God was creating a masterpiece and first he created light and darkness and then the trees and then animals and then adam. If anyone would have looked at the world they would have said what a WONDERFUL, AMAZING thing God has done but God knew that something was missing.... and only he knew. Woman was missing. Woman was the final piece and the world was not complete without Eve (woman). i have never thought of it like that but it really shows how important we are. Ok so here is the section that REALLY caught my attention....Titled- God's Heart for Relationship. i wish i could type the whole thing because it is that great but i am going to do my best to tell you what i got out of it and what it says.....
" The whole story of the Bible is a love story between God and his people. He yearns for us. He CARES. He has a tender heart." same verses after that is Is. 49: 14-15, 18, Jer.24:7, and Matt. 23:37. (I STRONGLY ADVICE YOU TO READ THEM.)
"Not only does God long FOR us, but he longs to be loved BY us." ISNT THAT POWERFUL? man.. when i read that i was like WOW! God only wants to be loved, to be wanted, and accepted. Why is it so hard for us to love and accept him every minute of every day? i felt horrible bc somethings i forget... yes i know that horrible but i do.. i forget what he did for me. HE DIED FOR ME.. thats so amazing. He just wants us to LOVE him! "How many of you see God as longing to be loved by you? We see him as strong, powerful, but we dont see him as needing us, vulnerable to us, yearning to be desired." The author wrote this in the mens book Wild at Heart. ( im going to just pick out a few things) the author said " after years of hearing the heart-cry of women, i am convinced beyond doubt of this! God wants to be loved. He wants to be a priority to someone. How could we have missed this? From cover to cover, beginning to end, the cry of Gods heart is, "Why wont you choose me?" ( wow.. that will almost bring tears to my eyes) Jer. 29:13 says " You will find me" says the Lord " when you seek me will all your heart" in other words " Look for me pursue me- I want you to pursue me" GOD WANTS TO BE WANTED!
He wants us to love him. To seek him with all of our hearts. A women longs to be sought for, not sought for half-heartedly but whole-heartedly. A woman wants to be loved, as does God. God yearns to share a life of beauty, intimacy, and adventure.... as does women. Do you see the similarities of God and Women? Ok well i hope i got everything out right and i know it might not be an amazing to you but it did wonders to me! Leave comments please.
and i want to leave you with ..... "Tender and inviting, intimate and alluring, fiercely devoted. oh yes, our God has a passionate, romanic heart. Just look at Eve. "

I dont really have a title
Hey guys....
I dont really know what I want to write about so this is gonna be a random blog. I apologize.
Well this week and the next week I am going to have some MAJOR changes in my life. I will have a sister-in-law, brother moved out FOR GOOD, and then Luke moving for 2 1/2 months.... I will be going from having the whole family at the house to me being the only child ( in the house at least). My brothers are packing up this week to be moved and Luke will be moved SATURDAY!! Its crazy but they are in big parts of their life right now and I pray everything goes WONDERFUL with them and prasy protection over them!
I just have to remember that when I am going through all of this God is there and He is working in everyway. He has great plans for my family and right now we might thing its horrible them moving but in the long run it is probably one of the best things. Blake starting his family..... Luke getting a GREAT intership and meeting new people. It bring tears to my eyes... So after you read this say a quick prayer for my family and the Burns family. A special prayer for Luke, Blake and Kristine. They are in big places in their life right now and I want God to protect them for the devil. thanks yall for taking the time to read this RANDOM blog!!

Life Isnt about waiting for the storm to pass
Hey again... second one for today...
The quote at the end of my last blog was amazing, wasnt it? It said..
"Life isnt about waiting for the storm to pass... Its about learning to dance in the rain."
I am going to break this up and tell you what I thought when I saw this and I kept thinking on it.
The first part, "Life isnt about waiting for the storm to pass..", can have many meanings but somethings that come to mind for me is like when things get hard, do you get down and just wait on everything to pass or do you praise God in the storm. A lot of the time if things get to hard we push it off and say well Ill wait for that to pass. But one thing that I want to learn to do is to DANCE IN THE RAIN.
"Its about learning to dance in the rain" - I want to learn to dance in the rain. I want God to show me how to dance in the rain as they put it and to praise him NO MATTER WHAT. The good, bad and the ugly... i want to praise Him. He is diffently worthy of our praise and we should praise him no matter what is going on. ( I dont know if yall are getting what i am saying, but if yall arent then that message was just for me) I just know that if in every situation we praised God no matter what, I think we would be happier and Yes things will get hard but push through and do it willingly.

Hey yall, its been a while bc i really havent had anything to say. But today I was listening to the song The More I Seek You by Kari Jobe and heres the lyrics.

This is such a simple song but after I heard it I wanted to cry because that is what everyone wants. I know I want to lay back against him and hear his heart beat. I want to be SO close to him that I can drink from his cup. I dont feel like this is making any sense. I was just thinking and here lately I have been reading psalms and I just feel God saying "Hannah come closer, seek me and you will find me." I just know God is there, He has great plans for my life and the people around me. This has been a hard week knowing that Blake will be leaving ( getting married) in 26 days and we are moving luke in 19 days. I just cry everytime I think about it. I just know GREAT things are going to happen for our family but its such a bittersweet topic and I pray Gods protection on us right now. Ok that was off subject but back to the song... "The more I seek you, The more I find You, and The more I find You the more I love You." WOW!! thats all I can really say. Search your heart and see if you are that close and to be honest I am still working on it. I am working everyday to be as close as I can get and when I do that He shows himself in things that all I can say is "Wow, God, You are amazing" I praise an awesome God and Risen God! I dont know of anything else to say but I hope this came out right and yall understand.

The Shop
Hey...
While watching One Tree Hill Monday night they were in a car shop and teaching a little boy stuff about fixing cars and being a mechanic. On the door of the shop it said "Service and Repair". It just brought to mind that God is my mechanic and I'm the car. When you have problems with your car you go to the car shop right?? ( where the mechanics are) You don't take it to someone who has no clue about what they are doing, you take it to the person who knows what the are doing. So that really opened my eyes and instead of going to others I need to lean on God... ( My mechanic) He is my Lord and Savior, my Father, my friend, my comfortor, and most of all He is my Everything. So this reminded me to take Everything to him to work out because He knows whats best for my life. So I have a question... Who is your mechanic??

This really touched me this week!!

Patience
Hey! I know it has been a while since I have wrote... and this is not long so im sorry!
But anyways just something that I have learned this week and it is how God keeps reminding me "Patience little one".. Just a few things that has been going on this week but God always comes through and He is amazing!! So as you are waiting on something.. this brings me to the song.. While I'm Waiting.. I will serve you, while Im waiting I will worship!" So while you wait worship and serve Him!!
